There’s also the translation/script, which is looser and (IMO) flows really nicely and naturally. The show is more comedic with this dub, but the main cast is very talented and they deliver on the quiet, more dramatic moments as well. Depending on the viewer, this can either make the characters more flavored and alive, or it can pull you out of the experience by seeming too “cheesy.” There are multiple tertiary-character performances that sound quite rough, but if you have the right attitude about it you can laugh it off and have fun.
